Arrivals
and departures
All our guests are
required to vacate their lodge by

your lodge is left in the same clean condition that you found it.
Guest’s
safety
The hirer is
responsible for the safety of themselves and all members of their party, and children
must be supervised especially whist using play equipment. No responsibility can
be taken by Grattons Cedar Lodges for loss of or damage to any person or personal
belongings.
Damage
or Breakages
Guests are
responsible for the contents and building during their stay. Any damage must be
reported immediately. Any losses, breakages or damage will be charged to the
hirer.
Payment
A deposit of 25%
of the total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking, the balance
is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Reminders are not issued and non
payment of balance will be understood to be a cancellation, where the deposit
will be forfeited.
For bookings made
less than 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival we require payment in full.

Cancellation
and Insurance
We strongly
recommend that our guests take out holiday insurance to cover them from unforeseen
cancellation. An insurance application form is including with hirers booking
confirmation letter for hirers to apply for directly with the insurance company
In the event of
cancellation more than 6 weeks before your holiday arrival date we will attempt
to re-let your accommodation, if we are unsuccessful you will remain
responsible for the cost of the balance.
All deposits for
cancellations are forfeited

Dogs
Well behaved dogs
are allowed at Grattons Cedar Lodges at the discretion of the management. Some
breeds which we consider unsuitable for a family environment may be refused,
details on application. An extra charge is made for dogs as shown on the
booking form. Dogs must not be left on their own in the lodges at any time, or
allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be kept under strict control and not cause
any disturbance or undue stress to other guests. Dog dirt and fouling must be
cleaned up immediately.
Visitors
Occupation of the
lodges is restricted to the guests listed on the booking form. Should you wish
to entertain visitors at your lodge please confirm this with the management
prior to their arrival. Facilities at Grattons Cedar Lodges are for the sole use of
the guests on the booking form. In the event that you wish to add guests to
your party during your stay we will try to accommodate and advise you of the
additional costs payable.
